ABOUT

I am a Mother, Artist and Psychotherapist based in Los Angeles. I earned my Masters Degree in Expressive therapy at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. Upon returning to Los Angeles, I became a clinician at the prestigious Maple Counseling Center where I was trained in Psychodynamic Counseling, also known as traditional Freudian talk therapy. In 2015 I became the head of Providence Tarzana Medical Center's Child Life department where I provided psychosocial support to children and families in the Hospital environment.

Throughout my twelve years of practice in New York City and Los Angeles, I have worked in various clinical settings and have helped people struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, new medical diagnoses, chronic pain, grief, transitions and trauma. I most recently performed art as therapy workshops to international attendees at a month long residency at Villa Lena in Tuscany Italy.

Given my background in the arts my therapeutic approach works well with creative professionals across all industries including, creative professionals in the fields of technology, advertising, art, design, music, dance and entertainment.

I am currently accepting new clients.
